For a new theatre maker, I was setting up an ‘all-female’ artistic team. Through a good acquaintance, I came into contact with Nienke. From the very first contact, Nienke was absolutely lovely; understanding and organised. She is creative in her lighting design, communicative and just a pleasure to work with. I immediately knew I could trust Nienke and that everything would go well regarding the technical aspects. She always contributed great ideas about the (practical) part of the set as well. For me as a producer, it is very nice to have people like Nienke on my team. So, for a future project, I would definitely hire her again!

Our first volunteers' dinner show this evening. And it all starts with checking and setting up the sound and lighting. Nienke knows how to handle the lights. The Spiegeltent is lit up like a fairy tale, and that happens every evening.
